Calm is not the opposite of ambition.
It is what makes ambition sustainable.
The real problem
Most of us are trying to navigate modern work with an inner system that is overloaded, distracted, and stuck in reaction mode.
The answer isn’t more discipline. It’s learning to regulate your state, direct your attention, manage your energy, and shape your days around what matters.
The R.E.S.E.T. framework
The Inner Operating System brings the science of stress, attention, energy, and behaviour change into one practical system for everyday life.
Shift from stress and reactivity to clarity and control.
Build steadier physical and mental energy around your natural rhythms.
Protect what matters and create a day that works in the real world.
Reflect clearly, learn from experience, and make wiser choices.
Make the practices stick and build a life that can hold your ambition.
Self-paced learning. Live coaching. A practical toolkit for real work and real life.
See how it worksIt changed my life for the positive more than any other intervention. I fully expect to look back 20 years from now and reflect on the impact this course had.

Lisbon, PortugalTwo years into an exciting role at Google London, I found myself burned out and sacrificing my health and relationships in the name of productivity. Working harder was clearly not the answer.
That experience led me to study cognitive neuroscience, nervous-system regulation, meditation, mindfulness, and the psychology of focus—and to turn what helped into a practical system I could teach.
After seven years at Google, I left in 2020 to found Forgewell. Today, I work with driven professionals and teams around the world, while building a life in Lisbon with my wife and collaborator, Claire, and our growing family.
